How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel your Sofia Health subscription, follow these steps:

1. Log in to Your Sofia Health Account
2. In the top right corner, click on Business Settings.
3. From the dropdown menu, select Business and Payment Info.
4. On the right-hand side, under the Invoice button, click on Cancel Subscription.
5. A page will appear displaying your subscription details, including:
   • Start Date
   • Renewal Date
   • Status
   • Cost/Month
6. At the bottom of this section, click on Cancel My Plan to complete the cancellation process.

Once you confirm, your subscription will be canceled at the end of your current billing cycle.
