Adding a product to your Sofia Health profile is easy. Follow these steps to get your products listed and available for purchase by clients:
- Visit sofiahealth.com/login and log in to your account.
- In the top menu, click on "Manage Products"
- Click on "Add Product"
- Enter Product Information:
- Product Name & Brand: Provide the name of the product and its brand. If available, include the product identification number, such as ISBN, UPC, or MPN registered with GS1.
- Product Type: Specify whether your product is a digital book, ticket,or audiobook, or if it contains mature or suggestive content. Be sure to check the relevant boxes.
- Choose Category and Subcategory:
- Select the appropriate category and subcategory where you want your product to appear in the marketplace. This will help buyers easily find your product.
- Add a Detailed Description:
- In the Description field, write a compelling and detailed description of your product. Include any important details and answer frequently asked questions (FAQs), such as refund policies or product specifics (e.g., whether you accept refunds after shipping).
- Upload Images and Videos:
- Enhance your product listing by uploading up to 4 images and 2 embedded videos. Follow the provided instructions to ensure your videos are displayed correctly.
- Set the Price and Inventory:
- Enter the price of your product.
- Specify the number of units available in your inventory. You can also choose if the product is a multipack or part of a bundle.
- Enter Shipping Details:
- Provide the domestic shipping cost for the product. If you offer free shipping within the USA, select the appropriate box.
- Double-check all the details you’ve entered. Once everything is correct, click the “Publish Product” button at the end of the page to make your product listing live on Sofia Health.
After completing these steps, your product will be listed on the Sofia Health marketplace and ready for customers to purchase.
