You can add important information like your description, refund policy, or FAQs to each service listing. You have the option to include these details in either the FAQ section or the Description section of the service. Here’s how to do it:
To Add Information to the FAQ Section:
- Log in at sofiahealth.com.
- In the top menu, select “Manage Products”
- Choose the product you want to edit from the list.
- Go to Section: Additional Info. Under this section, you’ll find the FAQ section.
- Click the (+) icon next to the FAQ section to expand it.
- Enter your question and corresponding answer in the provided fields.
- Once you're finished, click “Save product”
To Add Information to the Description Section:

Start by signing in at sofiahealth.com. - In the top menu, select “Manage Products”
- Pick the service where you want to update the description.
- Go to Additional Info. In this section, locate the "Description" field.
- Enter your detailed description, refund policy, or any additional information you want to include.
- Once you're finished, click “Save product”
