Give your Sofia Health profile a personal touch by customizing your background cover! Your banner sets the tone for your brand, so choosing a high-resolution image that reflects your personality is key, whether you're setting it for the first time or updating an existing one.
Here's how to customize your background cover on Sofia Health:
- Sign in to sofiahealth.com.
- Go to the top right corner of your dashboard and click on "Business Settings."
- In the dropdown menu, select "Edit Your Homepage".
- Then tap “Edit your background image”.
- Upload a high-resolution image. Make sure the image meets the format requirements listed below:
- Size: Minimum 5000 x 3000 pixels and smaller than 10MB.
- File Format: JPG, PNG, or a similar format.
- Once you’ve selected your image, click “Save Profile” to apply the changes.
Note: While deleting your existing background cover isn't possible, you can always replace it with a new one by following these steps.
Pro Tip: We suggest formatting your background images on Canva using a 5000x3000 custom design. Once formatted, save the image to your computer and upload it directly to Sofia Health. This approach ensures your image meets the required dimensions and uploads smoothly without distortion or skewing.
