Setting up your calendar is essential for managing your time, avoiding double bookings, and giving clients a smooth scheduling experience. With Sofia Health, you can set your weekly availability, define your time zone, sync one or multiple Google Calendars, and block off custom unavailable times—all in one place.

Log in to your Sofia Health account.

In the top right corner, click “Business Settings.”

From the dropdown menu, select “Schedule and Availability.”
Once you're in, you'll see everything you need to manage your calendar.
1. Availability
Set your available hours for each day of the week. For each day you'd like to accept bookings, simply choose your start and end times.
Example:
Day | Availability |
---|---|
Monday | 08:30 a.m. – 08:00 p.m. |
Tuesday | Unavailable |
Thursday | 05:00 a.m. – 06:00 a.m. |
You can also set your Booking Lead Time, which controls how soon before a session someone can book you (e.g., 15 minutes, 2 hours, 1 day).
2. Time Zone
Select your correct time zone to ensure accurate scheduling for both you and your clients.
Example:
(GMT -3:00) America/Sao_Paulo
All sessions and availability will display according to your selected time zone.
3. Sync Your Google Calendar(s)
Keep your availability accurate by syncing your Google Calendar. This will automatically block off time when you're unavailable due to personal appointments, other bookings, or time off.
Even better? You can now sync multiple Google Calendars!
To sync:

On the right side of the screen, find “Sync with Google Calendar.”

Click “Sign in with Google.”

Choose the Gmail account you want to connect.

Grant permission to “View and edit events on all your calendars.”

Click “Continue.”

Select the calendars you’d like to sync.

Update your availability as needed.

Click “Save Schedule and Meeting Link.”
To sync additional Google Calendars, simply repeat these steps for each calendar you'd like to connect.
4. Add Manual Bookings or Time Off
Need to block off time for breaks, existing appointments, or anything else? Use the Add Booking feature to manually mark time as unavailable.

Add a title (optional)

Choose the start and end date/time

Select the type (e.g., time off, offline session)

Click Save
This ensures clients won’t be able to book over those times.
By setting up your availability, syncing your calendars, and managing custom time blocks, your Sofia Health calendar will always reflect your real-time schedule, making life easier for both you and your clients.
