How to Add Tracking Information
- Go to sofiahealth.com and log in with your email and password.
- Once logged in, navigate to the top menu and click on "Customer Orders."
- Locate the specific order for which you want to add tracking information. Click on the order to open the details.
- Enter the carrier name and tracking number in the designated fields. If the order is for a digital product, you only need to add the carrier details.
- After entering the tracking details, click "Save" to update the order.
Note: Sofia Health will automatically send an email notification to the customer with the updated tracking information once you’ve saved the details.
