We want to ensure you receive all the important information from Sofia Health. To make sure you receive all our emails:
- Confirm the email address associated with your Sofia account. To confirm your email address, follow these instructions:
- Sign in to sofiahealth.com.
- Go to the top right corner of your dashboard and click on the profile icon.
- In the dropdown menu, select "My Profile." In section 1, you will be able to see your email address.
- Once confirmed, access your email account and inspect your spam/junk folders.
- Add Sofia’s email address, 'info@sofiahealth.com,' to your contacts/safe list.
Tips:
- Check your category tabs (Social, Promotions) as emails might get sorted there automatically.
- Ensure your inbox isn't full, as it can prevent new emails from arriving.
- Review any email filters or rules you might have set up that could be diverting Sofia emails to other folders.
