Step 1: Sign in to Your Sofia Health Account
- Go to sofiahealth.com.
- On the top right corner, click on "Sign In" and log in to your account. If you don't have an account yet, you can easily create one by clicking on "Join".
Step 2: Browse Services and Providers
- Once you're logged in, use the search bar to find the type of session you're looking for (e.g., nutrition, therapy, yoga, etc.).
- Browse through the list of providers and select the one that best fits your needs by clicking on their profile.

Step 3: Choose Your Session
- On the provider's profile, explore the available services they offer.
- Select the service you'd like to book and click "Book Now".
- Choose a date and time for your 1:1 session based on the provider's availability.
Step 4: Confirm Your Booking
- Once you’ve selected a time, you will be prompted to fill out any necessary intake forms or additional information required for your session.
- Review the details of your booking, including the price and time, and confirm by clicking "Confirm Booking".
Step 5: Payment

Step 6: Attend Your Session
- After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your session.
