How to Change or Reset Your Sofia Health Password

If you know your current password but want to change it:

1. Sign in to sofiahealth.com.
2. Click on the profile icon at the top right corner of your screen.
3. In the dropdown menu, select “My Profile”.
4. Go to Section 1 ‘Name’ and tap “Change Password”.
5. Enter your current password, type your new password, and confirm your new password.
6. Select “Change” at the bottom of the page.

If you forgot your password:

1. On sofiahealth.com, click on “Sign in”.
2. On the login page, select “Forgot password?”.
3. Enter the email address associated with your Sofia account, and tap “Change”.
4. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. Look for an email from Sofia with the subject "Sofia Health Password Reset". In the body of the email, click on 'Reset my password'. If you don't receive it, click here for help.
5. Enter your new password, then enter it again to confirm.
6. Select “Change”.
