How to Create a Provider Account at Sofia Health

Welcome to Sofia Health! To join as a provider, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to sofiahealth.com.

2. Click Join in the top right corner.

3. Select Set Up Your Business.

4. Fill out the form using your email address and click Continue.

5. Read and agree to Sofia’s Terms & Conditions, then check the box.

6. Click Sign Up.

7. Choose how you’d like to use Sofia Health:

   • List services – For providers offering 1:1 appointments, consultations, coaching, or group classes. This option gives you access to a professional webpage, booking tools, direct messaging, and visibility in the Sofia Health marketplace. You can also sell wellness-related products.

   • Sell products only – Ideal for providers who only want to sell physical or digital wellness products like books, guides, supplements, and more. This plan does not include booking tools or client scheduling features and has no monthly fee.

      If You Selected List Services:

     8. You’ll be redirected to the Free Trial & Payment Information page.

     9. If you have a promo code, enter it in the field provided.

     10. Select your subscription plan by clicking the appropriate radio button.

     11. Click Add Payment Information.

     12. Enter your credit card details.

     13. Click Start Trial to activate your 30-day free trial and complete your setup.

     If You Selected Sell Products Only:

     8. You’ll be taken to a business setup page.

     9. Fill in your business information, such as business name and contact details.

     10. Once submitted, your account will be set up and ready to start selling products—no payment info needed.

     Additional Information

• If you decide not to continue, make sure to cancel your subscription before the free trial ends to avoid any charges.
