A professional profile picture helps you stand out and build trust with potential clients. Here's how to add or change yours:
- Sign in to sofiahealth.com.
- Go to the top right corner of your dashboard and click on "Business Settings".
- In the dropdown menu, select "Edit Your Homepage".
- Click the pencil icon next to your profile picture section.
- Choose an image file on your computer and upload a professional headshot. Make sure the image meets the format requirements listed below:
- Size: Minimum 1000 x 1000 pixels and smaller than 10MB.
- Aspect Ratio: Square format is preferred to avoid distortion.
- File Format: JPG, PNG, or a similar format.
- Once you’ve selected your image, click on “Save Profile” to apply the changes.
Pro Tip: Canva is a great tool for creating a custom 1000 x 1000 pixel background for your headshot. This ensures a perfect fit and smooth upload without distortion.
Note: While deleting your existing profile picture isn't possible, you can always replace it with a new one by following these steps.
