Congratulations on securing a new client! Here’s a streamlined checklist of what happens after a booking is confirmed:
- Clients pay securely upon booking using Sofia Health's integrated payment system.
- If you've added an intake form, it will be sent out automatically to the client.
- Both you and your client receive a confirmation email with a calendar invite.
- You can initiate and manage chats with your client directly through the platform.
To view your bookings:
- Go to sofiahealth.com and in the top right corner select "Sign in".
- Select "Calendar” in the top menu.
- On the right side, you will be able to see your bookings. From here, you can sort and manage your appointments.
How Will I Get Paid?
Payments are deposited directly into your linked account after a client books.

How Do I Contact the Client?
After booking confirmation, feel free to initiate a conversation with your client. Use the chat feature to share any important information or updates before your session.
To message a client:
- Go to sofiahealth.com and "Sign In".
- From the top menu, select "Calendar."
- On the right side, you will see your bookings. Find the client you want to message.
- Below the client’s name, click on the message icon.
- Enter the subject and your message.
- Click "Send."
