- Log in to Your Sofia Health Account
- In the top right corner, click on Business Settings.
- From the dropdown menu, select Schedule and Virtual Meeting Link.
- Navigate to Section 1, labeled Availability.
- Under the Days and Hours section, choose the days you want to be available for bookings.
- For each selected day, click the plus sign to add your hours. Specify the time range by entering the start and end times (e.g., 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM).
- Click Save at the bottom of the page to apply the changes.
This setup ensures clients can only book appointments during your specified hours of availability.
