How Do I Add My Booking Lead Time?

1. Log in to Your Sofia Health Account
2. In the top right corner, click on Business Settings.
3. From the dropdown menu, select Schedule and Virtual Meeting Link.
4. Navigate to Section 1, labeled Availability.
5. Locate the Add Booking Lead Time field. Enter the minimum amount of time required before a session can be booked. This can range from 15 minutes to 3 days.
6. Click Save at the bottom of the page to apply the changes.

Setting a booking lead time ensures that clients book sessions with adequate notice, giving you time to prepare for each appointment.
