- Go to https://sofiahealth.com/ and sign in to your account.
- Look for the "Messages" section in the top menu and click on it.
- Click the "New Conversation" button to initiate a chat with your client.
- Fill out the form with your client's information and type your message in the designated box.
- Click "Send Message" to deliver your message.
