Getting paid on Sofia Health is simple, secure, and automated. Sofia uses Stripe as its payment processor, ensuring that you can accept payments seamlessly. Follow these steps to set up your payment process:
Step 1: Link Your Payment Account

Go to sofiahealth.com and access your account.

In the top right menu, click on “Business Settings”

In the dropdown menu click on "Business and Payment Info."

Locate section 5: Bank account. Select your country and click on “Link stripe”.

This will redirect you to Stripe’s secure setup page.

On the Stripe page, enter your email address and phone number, then click "Continue."

Stripe will prompt you to confirm your personal details. Once confirmed, click "Continue."

When asked for your website, provide the link to your Sofia Health shop.

Select how you'd like to receive your earnings by entering your bank account details or linking a debit card.

Review Stripe’s terms, then agree to connect your account. Click "Continue" to finalize the setup.
Step 2: Verify Payment Setup
Once your bank account is linked, Sofia Health will confirm that Stripe has been successfully connected. You’ll see a message that says:
“Sofia Health uses Stripe for payment processing. You have successfully linked your account. To view your payments, click on 'Stripe Dashboard.'”
Step 3: Receive Payments

Automated Payments: Clients are charged automatically when they book a service, meaning your payments are processed without hassle.
