Canceling a session on Sofia Health involves submitting a cancellation request to the provider. Follow these steps:
- Log in to your account at sofiahealth.com
- In the upper-right corner, click on the Profile icon.
- From the dropdown menu, select My Appointments.
- On the right side of the screen, locate the session you want to cancel.
- Click on the Cancel Appointment button at the top of the session details.
- A prompt will appear asking, "Are you sure you want to request cancellation for this appointment?"
- Confirm your request by clicking Yes. This will notify the provider of your request.
- Message the provider to inform them about your cancellation request. Refer to the article: How to Message Your Provider for guidance.
- Wait for the provider to process and approve your cancellation request.
Refund Information
If your cancellation request is approved and the provider’s cancellation policy allows for a refund, it will be issued to the credit or debit card used for booking. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing times.
