The processing time refers to how long a provider needs to prepare an item before it’s ready to be shipped. This time frame starts from when you place your order until the provider dispatches it.
For custom orders, the processing time also includes the duration required to create the custom item.
Providers on Sofia Health set their own processing times, so these may vary from item to item, even within the same shop.
Once your product has been shipped, you'll receive a notification via email. You can also check the status of your order by following these steps:
- Log in to your Sofia Health account.
- Click on your profile icon in the upper right corner.
- From the dropdown menu, select "My Orders."
- Under the "Order Date" and the amount paid, you’ll find the “Carrier and Tracking Number.”
This way, you can easily track your order and stay informed about its delivery status.
