If you’re going through the registration process and don’t see the “Start Here” button (located in the middle of the screen), don’t worry—this is usually caused by security settings on VA-issued computers. These settings can sometimes block buttons that load inside pop-ups.
Please try the steps below:
1. Use a Supported Browser (Recommended for VA Systems)
- Open the link using Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox
- If you are already using one of these browsers, try opening a new Incognito / Private window
- Paste this link directly into your browser:

2. Enable Pop-Ups for the Site
The registration button loads inside a pop-up that may be blocked.
In Chrome:
- Click the lock icon in the address bar
- Go to Site permissions/Site Settings
- Find Pop-ups and redirects → set to Allow
- Refresh the page
3. Check for Script Blocking or Compatibility Mode
VA systems sometimes block scripts that load buttons:
- Make sure the page is not running in Internet Explorer or Compatibility Mode
- If you see a message about restricted content, click “Allow” or “Load anyway.”
- Look for any blocked content icon in the address bar
- Click it and select Allow or Always allow for this site
4. Try Opening Outside the VA Network (Recommended)
Many VA security configurations block interactive elements like registration forms.
If possible, please try:
- A personal device (phone or laptop)
- Off the VA network (home WiFi or cellular)
