Keeping track of your orders on Sofia Health is easy. Whether you're waiting for a product to arrive or checking the status of a service you've booked, here’s how you can quickly find the information you need.
How to Check Your Order Status
- Sign in to Your Account:
- Visit sofiahealth.com and log in to your account using your email and password.
- Once logged in, click on your profile icon located in the upper right corner of the page.
- From the dropdown menu, select My Orders. This will take you to a page that displays all your recent orders.
- On the My Orders page, you’ll see a list of your recent purchases. Find the order you want to check the status of and click on it to view more details.
- For products, you’ll see the Order Date, Amount Paid, and the Status of the order.
- If the item has been shipped, you’ll also see the Carrier and Tracking Number information. You can click on the tracking number to view the latest shipping updates.
- Sofia Health will send you email notifications regarding your order status. These emails include updates on when your order has been processed, shipped, or delivered.
- If you haven’t received any updates, make sure to check your spam or junk folder.
