Sofia Prime: How to Register

Registering for Sofia Prime or Veterans First gives you access to a wide range of health and wellness services. Sofia Prime offers unlimited live classes for a monthly subscription, while Veterans First provides the same benefits fully covered by the VA for eligible veterans.

To start your wellness journey with Sofia Prime, you can begin with a 2-week free trial. Once the trial period is over, you'll receive an email prompting you to provide your payment information to continue your subscription. Veterans First members, however, can enjoy the same benefits fully covered by the VA, making it free for eligible veterans.

To register for a Sofia Prime account:

1. Go to prime.sofiahealth.com.
2. Click 'Register' and select 'Start here'.
3. In the popup window, select 'Create an account'.
4. Choose to register using 'Continue with Email', or select Facebook, Google, or Apple.
   1. Enter your first name, last name, and email address.
   2. Then, click 'Create Account'. 
5. Check your email for a confirmation message. 
   1. Click 'Verify Email Address' and you will be redirected to a confirmation page.
6. Return to prime.sofiahealth.com/register, refresh your screen, and you will be redirected to complete your profile.
   1. Enter your name, address, location, login, and emergency contact information.
   2. Review the Liability Release, and check 'I agree with the above terms'.
7. Click 'Create Account' to finalize your registration.
8. You will receive an email confirmation when your registration has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing.

If your VA sponsors the program, you will have free unlimited access to Sofia Prime. Here's how to register your account:

1. Go to veteransfirst.sofiahealth.com 
2. Click 'Register' and select 'Start Here'.
3. In the popup window, select 'Create an account'.
4. Choose to register using 'Continue with Email', or select Facebook, Google, or Apple.
   1. Enter your first name, last name, and email address.
   2. Then, click 'Create Account'. 
5. Check your email for a confirmation message. 
   1. Click 'Verify Email Address' and you will be redirected to a VeteransFirst website
6. Go to ‘Classes’  
   1. Tap ‘Login’
   2. Fill out your name, address, login, other information, and emergency contact information.
   3. Review the Liability Release, and check 'I agree with the above terms'.
7. Select ‘Create Account”’.
8. You will receive an email confirmation when your registration has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours for processing.

Note: 

• The confirmation email will be sent from confirm@mindbodyonline.com and appear under “Sofia Health.” 
• Your VA location is an important part of your account profile and is essential for registering with VeteransFirst. It helps us determine which membership you are eligible for.
