Sofia Prime: How to Verify Your Account

To verify your Sofia Prime account and add your business to your Mindbody account, follow these steps:

1. Go to veteransfirst.sofiahealth.com and select “Register”.
2. Click on “Start here”.
3. In the pop-up window, scroll to the bottom and select “Create an account”.
4. Ensure you use the same first name, last name, and email address as your previous account.
5. Check your email for an email titled "Add Sofia Prime by Sofia Health to your Mindbody account."
6. Open the email and click the link provided to verify your email address and add your business to your Mindbody account.
7. Sign in to your Mindbody account using your existing credentials.
8. You’ll be prompted to confirm the addition of your business to your Mindbody account. Select "Yes" to confirm.
9. You should see a confirmation message at the bottom of the page once the process is complete.
10. After verifying, close the verification screen.
11. Return to ‘Classes’ and select ‘Login’.
12. You’re all set! Enjoy your classes with enhanced security.
