Follow these steps to create your account and access VeteransFirst services:
1. Go to veteransfirst.sofiahealth.com
2. Click ‘Register’, then select ‘Start here’.
3. A pop-up window will appear for you to create your account:
- Enter your preferred email and click ‘Continue’.
- You can also choose to sign up using Google, Facebook, or Apple.
4. Enter your first name, last name, and email address (does not need to be a VA email)
5. Select ‘Continue’.
6. Check your email inbox for a verification code.
You will receive an email from 'Mindbody' with the subject line: 'Verify your email.'
Tip: If you don’t see the email in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
7. Copy the code from your email and paste it into the pop-up window to verify your account.
8. Once verified, the website will refresh and prompt you to ‘Complete Your Profile’
- Fill out your name, address, VA status and location, and emergency contact information.
9. Click ‘Create Account’.
Registration is now complete!
You will receive an email confirmation once your registration has been processed. Please allow up to 24 hours.
If your VA sponsors the program, you will have access to free, unlimited classes.
