How to Reset Your Sofia Prime or VeteransFirst Account Password

If you need to reset your password for your Sofia Prime or VeteransFirst account, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Sofia Prime or VeteransFirst website, depending on your membership.
2. Click on the ‘Classes’ tab.
3. Scroll down and select ‘Login’.
4. In the pop-up window, select ‘Forgot your password?’.
5. Enter the email address associated with your account.
6. Click ‘Send Link’.
   You will receive an email containing a link to reset your password. Look for an email from ‘Mindbody’ with the subject line ‘Set a new password’.
7. Open the email and click on ‘Reset your password’.
8. On the password reset page, click ‘Click here’.
9. Enter your new password and confirm it by entering it again.
10. Click ‘Set Password’ to complete the process.
